BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma (GED)

  • Basic Math Skills

  • Physical Dexterity and Ability to Lift 50lbs or more

  • Good Communication and Listening Skills

  • Some Experience Working with General Power Tools (drills, hammer, saws)

  • Ability to Work Well Alone and With Various Teams

  • Reliable Transportation to Work

  • Some Out of Town and/or Overnight Travel Necessary (paid food & lodging)

  • Strictly Follow Health and Safety Standards

  • Ability to Follow Detailed Specific Procedures to Stay on Task

  • Experience in Operating Heavy Machinery A Plus, But Not Required

  • Willingness to Learn New Skill Sets and Machinery

  • Positive Attitude Taking Pride in Personal and Professional Accomplishments

  • Good Organizational Skills and Punctuality

  • Ideal candidate is self-reliant demonstrates high level of accountability

BENEFITS

Health insurance with the option to include vision and dental are available for full time employees only. There is a 60 day waiting period for insurance approval.

Full Time Open Position: Manufacturing/Installer*

Shop Responsibilities

  • Maintain a Clean Workstation and Production Floor Area

  • Report Any Issues to the Supervisor on Duty

  • Material Parts Cutting, Sanding and Assemblage

  • Prep Manufactured Products for Transportation or Shipment

  • Perform Other Field Tasks as Necessary

Field Responsibilities

  • Considerate Care in Loading/Unloading Manufactured Products

  • Working Conditions (possibly up to 50% time outdoors)

  • Excavating, Mixing, Pouring Concrete, Erecting

  • Can be Physically Demanding at Times

  • Proficient with Skid Steer (or willingness to learn)

  • On-Site Installation of Finished Products

  • Onsite Ground Excavation with Footer Prep and Pour

  • Cleaning and Leaving Job Sites in Good Order (i.e. raking, picking up trash/debris, sweeping, etc.)

  • Reporting Any Issues to the Supervisor on Duty

  • Stone & Brick Masonry Skills a Plus

  • Performing Other Tasks as Assigned
